Privacy Policy –for ADPrefrence Website

Effective date: 10 September 2025 This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how the website for the ADPrefrence brand (“Site”) collects and uses information. ADPrefrence is a Singapore-based brand name entity. Until a separate ADPrefrence legal entity is formed, the Company (or its Singapore affiliate/subsidiary, together the “Group”) is the party responsible for this Policy and for operating the Site and related services. 1) Scope and Roles Site: This Policy covers information collected from visitors to the Site (e.g., when you browse pages or contact us). Channel Services: The Group’s commercial services act as a data intermediary/processor that passes through data supplied by partners to their designated endpoints. The Group does not store, enrich, or resell such partner payloads, and does not set the processing purposes partners do. Requests about partner-originating data should be sent to the partner (the data controller) that collected your data. This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of clients, partners, publishers, app developers, ad platforms, or other third parties. 2) Information We Collect on the Site (“Site Data”) A. Data you provide: •Contact details (e.g., name, business email, company) when you submit forms or write to us. •Support/request content (e.g., your message, device ID’s you provide for opt-outs). B. Data collected automatically: •Basic technical and usage data (e.g., IP address, user-agent, pages visited, timestamps, referrer/UTM). •Cookies or similar technologies used solely for necessary Site operations, basic analytics, and security (no interest-based advertising cookies placed by us). C. Third-party sources: •If you arrive via a referral or marketing link, we may receive campaign parameters (e.g., UTM) for basic performance reporting. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. 3) How We Use Site Data •Operate the Site: load pages, route traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain availability. •Respond to inquiries: provide demos, proposals, or support you request. •Basic analytics: understand aggregate traffic and improve the Site (non-profiled, non-behavioral). •Legal/security: detect misuse, comply with law, and protect our rights. We rely on contractual safeguards and technical measures to protect data transferred internationally. 6) Security We implement layered controls: network isolation, access controls, least-privilege authorization, encrypted transport (TLS), and secure service configurations. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously work to reduce risk and monitor for abuse. 7) Retention •Temporary security diagnostics (if triggered): short-lived, encrypted, and purged promptly after resolution. •Site Data (e.g., inquiries): retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain records of your request, then deleted or anonymized per our internal schedules. 8) Your Choices and Requests For partner data (Channel Services): contact the partner/controller that collected your data. We will forward misdirected requests when reasonably identifiable. For Site Data: you may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Office @ADPrefrence.co with enough detail to identify your records (e.g., the email you used on our form). We may request additional information to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests. Cookies/analytics: you can set your browser to block or delete cookies. If we use privacy-preserving analytics, opting out may be limited to what your browser allows. 9) Third-Party Services and Links The Site may link to third-party websites or include third-party widgets. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies. Our services rely on combining and analyzing data points such as location information, device characteristics, and online and offline identifiers to deliver audience insights and measurement tools. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the options available to you. It applies to data we collect directly, data we obtain from third parties, and data generated by our analytics technology. It does not govern the independent practices of our clients or partners. 1. Data Retention We keep data only as long as necessary: •Advertising IDs: deactivated for targeting after 120 days, retained for analytics up to 24 months (13 months in certain jurisdictions) •Aggregated analytics data: retained longer where legally permissible for research and benchmarking •Contact information: kept until inquiries are resolved or rights requests fulfilled 6. Data Security We apply industry-standard security controls: •TLS encryption for all data in transit •Server-side encryption for stored data •Role-based access controls and audit logging •Regular security reviews and monitoring No system is completely immune to risk, but we take extensive measures to protect against unauthorized access. 7. Global Data Processing We operate across multiple regions. Data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we use contractual safeguards to maintain adequate protection. 8. Children’s Privacy Our services are not designed for individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we delete it. 9.
